1. The stylist and guest confirm the color from a swatch chart or reference photo during consultation. Any deviation is checked against that reference. The salon offers a 15-day warranty (from the service date) for technical faults.

2. In unavoidable cases where the guest wants to change color right after coloring (work environment, personal needs…), the salon supports 30% off when switching to another color (darker than current) within 7 days of the service.

3. Not covered: color longevity (fade speed depends on color group, hair texture, products used and care habits…)

1. Permed hair not curling / dropping quickly.
2. Curl pattern not matching what was agreed with the stylist.
3. Straightened hair not straight.

For the cases above, the salon provides a 30-day warranty.

1. If you’re not satisfied with the cut or want it shorter than the original (1–2cm), the salon offers a free trim within 3 days of the service.

The warranty applies according to the original service used.

E.g. a guest who had a perm + treatment will receive one perm + treatment when returning under warranty.

• When the guest is no longer in the country (Cambodia).
• When the hair has been altered elsewhere (adjusted at another salon or at home — straightened, permed, colored or cut afterward).
• When the guest does not follow the original in-salon care instructions.
